At HighPoint Bookkeeping, I provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping services for small business owners who want their records accurate, organized, and kept current throughout the year. I track important filing deadlines so required remittances and reports are submitted on time.
Each month includes bank and credit card reconciliations, receipt management, payroll, self-service financial reporting, and all required government filings such as GST, PST, HST, payroll remittances, T4s, T4As, T5018s, and WCB reporting where applicable.
This is a structured monthly service designed to keep your books up to date and complete.
All services are delivered remotely. I use secure, streamlined tools that support an efficient workflow. Once everything is set up, most clients find they spend significantly less time on bookkeeping.
For clean, reliable records, business transactions must run through a dedicated business bank account and credit card. Personal and business expenses must be kept separate. Incorporation is not required — separation is.
I do not prepare personal or corporate income tax returns. My focus is maintaining clean, complete records month by month so your accountant receives accurate information at year-end.
Services are billed at a fixed monthly rate and include unlimited email support during regular business hours.
