When your business was smaller, you knew every detail. You could see the numbers, track the money, and feel in control. But growth changes things. The financials get harder to follow. Cash flow feels unpredictable. It’s harder to make confident decisions when you no longer have a finger on the pulse.

That’s where the In Control Program comes in.

This one-on-one, 12-week advisory program helps you get organized, understand your numbers, and plan with purpose. Each week, we tackle a practical topic—like reading financial statements, managing cash flow, improving day-to-day operations, or mapping out your future.

It’s one focused hour a week, with expert guidance and tools you’ll come back to again and again. The full program is $2,400 and includes all sessions, materials, and support calls.

In Control is the One Hour program that changes everything!

I understand materiality and deliver year-end working paper files that are fully documented, clearly referenced, and ready for easy review.

I don’t offer personal or corporate tax services and don’t see myself as a competitor to accountants. Instead, I work as part of the client’s advisory team—keeping the books clean, the reporting timely, and the year-end process smooth.

My services are billed at a fixed monthly rate, which clients appreciate for its transparency and predictability. They also like working with someone who keeps things simple, supportive, and judgment-free.

Solid books. Strong partnerships. Seamless year ends.
